You’ve taken the biggest step by starting. Brilliant 🙂 keep at it. Take it slowly. This programme has turned an old asthmatic into a runner on week 8. Amazing!!!

Wow... someone took longer than me to decide to run... only took me a year, so I’m very pleased to meet you!
Seriously though, you can do this, hydrate well, go slow and believe in yourself.
You can do this! And the satisfaction is immense. and the benefits!! Believe in yourself and dont think ahead. Focus on your next run only.
