Yesterday was parkrun marshalling, today a run then junior parkrun marshalling.

Little one destroyed W4R1... slight drizzle helped. Best run she’s had so far and she’s beaming even now.

I managed to close out week 2, was pretty easy today, pace was good then all of a sudden it was all done.

Next week I’m running after the kids run, did cooldown just before setup, but by the end of that I had a 30 minute drive home and I was missing my post run cuppa.

Onwards on Tuesday, tomorrow I tackle press-ups for the six week challenge thingy.

Glad the challenge went up... I’m exercising daily, but reluctant to take a workout plan on as I only want to work on stability and flexibility. It’s been hard to not lace the shoes and go for a jog... I need plans! So my six week challenge is to get from 10 press-ups and a puddle of sweat to 50 and dry floors!

Pain is almost all gone... getting the aches in both that are normal... I’m loving the aches!

I’m loving it again, that’s for sure, and I think I’m through telling the guy that was in my head and sat me in the couch to go away, he’s gone. Proud of my daughter, I thought she’d do it for a couple of weeks and then lose interest, but she’s taking some holding back on rest days.

Life got in the way yesterday, so today is pain day! App is similar to C25K in approach, so I guess I can do it.
