New and determined

Hello, this is my first time posting. I am a mummy of two and wife to my wondeful husband. Life has been crazy and exercise went clear out of the window.

I decided to start this challenge not just for me but for my family. I want to be fitter and stronger but I also have another personal goal. My husband is an injured veteran, leaving the forces has been a very hard journey. Part of this challenge is for me to complete his fitness test that he would have done in the military. I want to complete it for him.

I also work for a military charity who look after injured servicemen and women and I see then working so hard to achieve so many incredible feats. I am so inspired and I want to achieve something for them.

Xxxx
