So following the replies on my first post, I did do my second run today and it felt good! The aches and pains in my legs have eased off abit since and during the run I was shocked at how quick it went! Having a couple of days off now over the weekend, and looking at doing my 3rd run on the Monday!

Fantastic! Your body will become used to its new job and be less and less painful each time! I could barely walk downstairs the day after my first run. Now I’m running 30 minutes with (touch wood!) no pain anywhere! 😀

Keep running and enjoying yourself, and remember to keep posting on here with your awesome progress! 😀😀👍🏻

Well done... the legs are starting to do as they are told already, that’s good. Enjoy the weekend then kick week one into touch.

Good stuff. Your body will soon work out that you're not giving up on this and it will begin to cooperate. Good luck and keep going!
