Well after my first run on Sunday I really struggled with the 3 Mins and was dreading run 2 of the week!!! However, I gave myself 2 days off in between and completed the 2nd run last night after a very early start yesterday morning and late finish at work. I was really tired when I came home and my brain was telling me to leave it till tomorrow, which I almost did- craftily knowing I wouldn't do it!!!! But my body said come on get it done so I did and felt so much better for it!!!! The run was better than the first as I kept the pace slower, rather than trying to keep up with the others who were passing me by with huge great strides!!!!! Anyway it's done and getting ready for Friday!!!! Hoorah!!

Brilliant, I was the same as you too, strggled with W3R2 on Monday, but completed W3R2 last night - keep it up Josie, you can do it x

Well done! Hope your run two wasn't as much of a struggle as mine was; I starting to dread the second run of the week! Run three for me tomorrow too; hopefully it'll be easier than run two!
Same for me. Run 1 was a struggle, run 2 was easier.
I am hoping run 3 will be easier still. Thats programmed for tomorrow morning.
Well done on sticking with the runs this week and not giving up. You will be fine on the third run as you body is getting used to it now. Good luck with the final run of W3 and best wishes.
