Well after my first run on Sunday I really struggled with the 3 Mins and was dreading run 2 of the week!!! However, I gave myself 2 days off in between and completed the 2nd run last night after a very early start yesterday morning and late finish at work. I was really tired when I came home and my brain was telling me to leave it till tomorrow, which I almost did- craftily knowing I wouldn't do it!!!! But my body said come on get it done so I did and felt so much better for it!!!! The run was better than the first as I kept the pace slower, rather than trying to keep up with the others who were passing me by with huge great strides!!!!! Anyway it's done and getting ready for Friday!!!! Hoorah!!
