So just ran w9r2. Cannot believe I'm here as I really couldn't manage to run for 1 min at the beginning. Anyway have put this run off for 2 days as feeling a mixture of feelings. This community has been amazing. Running has been amazing, but as I come up to my last run I hope I can see this as a beginning instead of an end to a chapter in my life. This programme has helped in so many ways I didn't think was possible. It's helped with life issues and boasted myself esteem. I never did this for weight loss I did it for fitness and along with that came many positives. Just want to say thanks to you all xx. Sorry it was a long one xx

Well done. You are still aloud to post after every run even as a graduate. It is a great feeling though isn't it.

Hey cashdd you've opened up a whole new life for yourself by being here! This isn't the end, it's an incredible achievement which leads you on to your next challenge! Stick around on here with the rest of us, after Graduation consolidate your 3 X 30minute runs per week ~ increase to 5k (if you're not quite there yet) then once you've got that there is a Bridge to 10k group to join on here if you want to 😊 Keep on keeping on 🙌👊🙌

Have followed the advice of slow and steady. No where near 5k so hope to get to that distance. I will definitely stay on this xx thank you x
