Thank you so much for all the support you guys gave me during my couch to 5k and beyond running days. It has been great. Unfortunately I developed bursitis/tendonitis in my right hip. Physio , scans and the rest showed that my right femur is a bit twisted and imbalanced. I've done Physio everyday since May to compensate but i am advised I will not be able to do more than a light jog. It has made me do more whole body exercise, and am enjoying the variety. Rowing, cycling (bum on seat) and swimming (crawl, once I have master it) will be the cardio I can do. I was really sad I could no longer run but am thinking positively about new ways to exercise and I am thankful for health and opportunity for new experiences.
