W6D3 complete and I don’t know what I was worried about, thank you to all who commented and encouraged on my last post! Hope everyone is achieving their goals. I was so close to hitting the 5K mark today so no doubt I’ll get it comfortably in week 9! Good luck everyone whichever stage you’re on! X

Way to go... that’s a big week out of the way. You got this.

Well done, it's like going to the dentist, never as bad as you fear.

I nailed it this morning too, but nowhere near 5k. My target is to catch the elderly gentleman with the zimmer frame.

Next week 3 of the same. Nothing to fear but fear itself. Enjoy

I'm glad you said that, I did W6D3 this morning and got 3.3km (at least that's what my phone told me I did) I'm not quite sure how I'm actually going to reach 5k. Not sure there's that much more speed in my legs!

5k in 30 mins? I'm gonna need a motorbike. When I started I couldn't run a bath. If I can run for 30 mins regularly then it's either go faster and cover more distance or run for more minutes. Either way I'll call it a win.
