Hi ! Yes it is normal.. be patient and take your time.. it’s a process. For me, my body needed to adjust and build up to it.. keep going 👍

It’s not a problem at all. Maybe try the run again in a couple of days and take it as slow as you can. Think of snails whizzing past you, then slow it down some more! 🐌

Good luck, and you will smash this! 😀😀🐌🐌

Haha you can join the SnailsRUs group - there are loads of us, and I’m definitely one!! 😅🐌😅

Absolutely normal , well done on taking those first brave steps too 😊 you are already winning

As everyone will say run slow then slower still , the aim is to complete each run , it will take time for your body to adjust but stay strong , you can do this 😊

Thankyou😀..i think i was probably going bit too fast, literally first time i have done anything like this.

It's a big learning curve but so doable ..running slow is harder than trying to run fast.. takes practise ..

This is about you so don't worry about anyone else or how fast they might be etc

You will be just fine 😀😀

Don't give yourself a hard time. You succeeded in doing the single most difficult part of C25K, which is leaving the house and getting started. Well done and keep going!

Just like the others said, it's completely normal! I had a kind of same issue on my second or third run - I can't remember now! But my legs just wouldn't run any farther. But keep at it, I'm now about to start week seven and cannot believe what this app has done for my fitness. Keep at it, you'll get there! (Oh and try running downhill more than uphill!)
