Just keep going! Slow and steady is the mantra 💪👍🏃‍♂️ Read the programme notes won’t you, as well as hanging onto Sanjeevv’s every word 🙂

Eat and drink healthily and you won’t recognise yourself by this time next year 👍

Brilliant, I’m 52 and I had never run, even hid to avoid it at school! 0n week 4 now. You can do this and you can repeat weeks if you want to, do it at your pace, but do it :)

Very well done. That body was right to question you, it’s had an easy life for a while. Keep telling it to shut up, it will get used to it.

Take the moment on the last run when you were told to go into cooldown, carry that pride and the buzz into all your runs. You can do this.

Go for it. The first few weeks are tough mentally but trust your body ... It can do more than you will give it credit for. I lost 3 stone in around 6-9 months through running and healthier eating.

Make sure you go slow and follow the program.
