Well after deciding I needed to exercise again (we joined a gym. And lockdown started the following week) and using up all the excuses I got up today determined to do this...so just completed the wk1 r1 and did it, feeling good...lets hope I can keep it up.

Thank you! I really want to be able to do this. After losing 4st and feeling better with my diet. I want to be fitter and years I go I was what was described as gym bunny... couldn't go a day without exercise... then I moved jobs and gym time was harder now I'm back ( I hope ) in the mindset
You will do it, just don't give up.
You where fit before so you know how good it feels.

Hey there's no hope about it - if you want to do it enough you will absolutely 100% do it. Sounds like you are pretty elated by that first run and so you should be. I remember how tough that first week was - but you've done it and i bet you've got a glow of achievement. It just keeps getting better as well. Keep on running and posting so we can cheer you on!
