I've been getting up and going straight out to run with only a small drink of water first, which seems to work ok for me. (I still get a bit of stitch, but am trying to run through it.) Then I come back and have a banana and a bit of breakfast. The usual advice is that you shouldn't eat anything substantial less than 2 hours before exercise, which seems wise.
I'm trying not to think too much about the three minutes next! It does seem a bit daunting but I'm just going to go out there & see what happens. 🙂
