Week 8 Run 1 completed... slower pace!

Enjoyed that one! Legs were aching after standing at a gig last night for 4 hours but ran through it. I've been struggling / tiring a little at the 2km distance recently (making the last part of the run less fun) so I slowed it down and had a much more enjoyable 4km run. Trust the experts here who say slow down!

Can't believe just 5 more runs to go!

Congrats :) must feel good! I got my gait done the other day and then ran that evening. Realised I'd probably run almost as far on the treadmill earlier in the day - which is why I think I was tired - ahem!

Hey that’s great! I’m running less than you on W9, so you’re not going to be far off the 5k mark by the time you graduate, especially if you have fresher legs! 😀

Keep it up, you’re almost there! 🏃‍♂️👍🏻🏃‍♀️🙌
