Week 9 run number 2 and I managed 5.6k, I’m so happy, never thought I’d get to this point, especially in the early weeks. If you’re on your first couple of weeks, keep at it, if I can do it, you can too!

I am thank you, I was determined to make it past the 5k marker, didn’t think I would after run 1 on Monday, but my middle run always seems best?
