Feeling absolutely ‘over the moon’. After 10 weeks (1 week off through illness), I’ve completed couch to 5K-something I never thought I’d do! To cap it all it was the fastest that I’ve done & not far off the 5K (4.64K according to Strava). As an added bonus I’ve also lost over a stone in weight (helped by cutting out the biscuits, cake, chocolate etc)

Sorry if I’m sounding a bit over the top, but I really am so chuffed. I can’t thank the programme enough & Laura for getting me through it. I can’t speak highly enough of the programme either-it really is amazing. If you’re thinking of starting-go for it-you won’t regret it!!!

Well well done. Congrats on the running and the weight loss. For your next run, stick 14 pounds in a back pack and see how it feels to run with!😱

Again, well done.

Brilliant, well done on your achievements of your graduation and the weight loss.

I combined starting C25K with dry January, and also managed to stay off the crisps and choccies and stuff.

I love also lost about a stone, and feel so much fitter and stronger now.

Well done you again 👍🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
