So, I'm sitting here trying to gee myself up to go. I've been tired since yesterday, (I realised at bed time I'd not hydrated enough and before my evening meal I'd had three slices of bread all day) but I'm determined to do this, and get one step closer to the podium. Thing is, if I don't do it today, that will be like a millstone around my neck tomorrow, and chances are I'll try to go too fast, or go on a harder route as a bizarre form of self punishment that's going to be counter productive. So in the next few hours I'll be heading out and enjoying the sights as I go, and taking it slow. I just have to fuel up on loads of squash and some cheese and biscuits first. Mmmm, cheese...

Go easy on the cheese, all that salt will dehydrate you 🤣 (don't you just hate it when people say that 🙄) - personally, I'd probably go right now (after drinking lots) and have a cheese banquet when I got back! Managed to do it, and it was as bad as I thought it would be. Felt tired from the beginning, dragged my way through it, but managed it and looking forward to graduating! I will however, tomorrow be hydrating till I'm peeing like a water balloon with a slow puncture! 😂
That’s the way... sometimes it’s a fight, other times it flows. You’ll have to get that hydration right for the final one so you can sprint a quick lap of the park screaming “I did it I did it” much to the bemusement of some ducks and dog walkers.
