That was better than I expected, we got the route perfectly timed with no nasty long straight lines. First run in my new £120 trainers, well £56 with a massive discount from Runners Needs, they felt so much better than the old ones. First 14 mins were enjoyable then had minute of mind gremlins telling me to stop, got past that and all was good apart from the pain between my shoulder blades for the last two. Looking forward to the next run already, got a sneaky sports massage booked before run 3 😀
