My daughter ran with me last night, her first run in 3 weeks and she did better than she’s ever done. She was exhausted after though.

Really enjoyed the run. Was surprised how much further I had to run before the half way bell ran and I could turn back. Had a few 20 pace walks on the way back and had to really force myself to run again after them so decided not to walk again and then the run was over 😀

Treated ourselves to Chinese after at going on 10pm yum yum

😀 I will get 2 more done this week then off camping for a week so week 9 will have to wait till I’m back as I won’t be running on top of the long walks (around 8 miles) I will be doing each day.

Really excited at being so near the end at last 😬

I bet you'll run further and faster when you get back due to a few days rest. Happy camping.
