Im 55 years old & Never thought I'd get here but I have.

I've run every other day for the last 9 weeks, some mornings it's been hard, but I persevered, I think my motivation was my hubby & daughter saying I'd never do it, well I proved them wrong!

Oh yes! Hubby came with me this morning, he only managed 10 mins! Lol! & he goes to gym!
