Thank you Sanjeev, three minutes seems a long time but I know I can do it now and yes..I'm enjoying it!! π I don't think I've run the same route twice, always a bit of variety as I'm lucky enough to be near the canal, castle grounds and a lake so can always mix it up. Meeting some very friendly people out there too, dog walkers, runners, anglers...it's quite a sociable morning trot.
