You have done very well up to now in completing week 8, you have only got three more runs to go until graduation, I have good news for all of you down south who have been suffering in the 30C+ heat, the cooler weather we have been having over the past week in Scotland is to spread south to everywhere by Wednesday or Thursday at the latest, the only bad news is that also means rain, but better to run in those cooler temperatures with rain than excessive 30C+ heat.
