Enjoyed my run this morning. The last few have been a bit of a slog. I'm hoping I'm back on track now - 5k in 36 mins which is not too shabby for me 😀

Beautiful time of the day for a run. Completed my first run today. Hard going but hope to reach 5k after 9 weeks. Well done you for achieving 5k in 36min!!
Well done you and welcome 😀 it's a great challenge and such a good feeling when you get there. I would never have imagined when I started off that I would want to get up early to go running - unbelievable 😀
