Surprised how well this went this morning. One more then I’ll be over half way through the programme.

Well done - it's a great feeling when you can see how you're progressing. When that running bug bites it doesn't let go. Good luck for the rest of your week and beyond😊

I did w5 run 1 this morning too. Needed to grit my teeth and just get on and do it for the last couple of minutes of the 3rd 5 minute run, it was getting quite warm out. But we'll pleased with myself when it was done.

Your doing great. Keep Smiling, youll breeze thro the rest of it. Then who knows where you'll get to in the future. ☺️👍

Well done :) - I’ve done 2 week 4s as we was on holidays and I found the hills in Yorkshire hard. So I am going to do my W5R1 on Wednesday - week 5 looks scary!!

Fortunately my bit of East Yorkshire is very flat but I’m sure you’ll be ok.

did the same run as you this morning and have just had a little boost after reading your comment. The thought of running 8minutes had kinda taken over the fact that we are nearly half way through #gettingthereslowly
