W6R3 I am a runner?!

It is not getting any easier although I did complete it, I must admit with a twenty second fast walk in the middle! I also ran Strava alongside and it’s as I thought 15 min mile but that is with the 5 min warm up walk. I’m not euphoric as I hoped I would be

I am doing my Week 6 Run 3 tomorrow, hoping it goes ok 🤞🏼

You may not feel euphoric (I think that Week 5 Run 3 set us up to feel like we should feel euphoric at the end of each week!), but you should feel very proud of yourself - from 30 seconds of running 6 weeks ago, to 25 minutes now?! That’s amazing!
