well took an extra day of rest for my ankle and it helped a lot. Did my 28 mins with no problems. Though had to do it on treadmill cause of the high heat outside but i put it at 1.5% incline and it actually seemed harder then running outside. So Monday ill finish this week up and get ready for my final week Im just so happy

Good stuff. I think treadmill and outdoors are equally difficult and we just get used to what we do most of. Coming off the last bend now... big crowd ready to cheer as you cross that line... enjoy closing this out.
