Good morning, just found this forum so first post.
After a couple of restarts, I have found myself completing week 4 yesterday. I found wk4 a big step up and all runs really difficult, I am therefore considering repeating a couple of times before moving on to wk5. Any thoughts?

You could surprise yourself with week 5. Personally I’ll step on the start of the next one until I get a run that I cannot complete... then I’d repeat that.
Hey there! Well done on completing w4! If you completed the runs there’s nothing to stop you moving on to w5 (yeah I know that 20 min run at the end is intimidating but it’s actually all bark and no bite). It’s of course up to you what you decide but personally I’d crack on with w5. If you really struggle (which means don’t complete) any of them by all means repeat a run and treat it as a practice. You’ll be surprised at what you achieve next week if you go for it. Good luck!
Move on to week 5. I can honestly say I found every week a struggle, but if you completed the runs, however slowly, your body is prepared for the next stage. Good luck!
I've just completed W4 too and when I saw the final run of W5 I felt a little worried. 8 minutes to 20 minutes is a massive step up. I don't plan on repeating W4 as I feel the program has been designed in such a way to prepare you for each week. I may get "stuck" on W5 for a while but I'll keep plodding on until it is finished. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.
Hi there. I've just done W4R2 and I know what you mean about the step up in difficulty for W4, but my feeling is that this programme has so far known what I am capable of a lot better than me, and I am going to trust it as far as I can! Let's hope it's right!
I've found it all a struggle but trusted in the program and gone for it each time. There hasn't been a run that I've not finished. It is amazing what you can do! Good luck!
Happy to report that W5R1 wasn’t as bad as expected - even go as far as quite enjoying it...... Tipped off by Jo Whiley who mentioned that each of the runs in wk5 are different I peeked at R2 😳😳
Morning, completed W5R3 yesterday while on holiday in Florida. Felt the last few mins a bit, mainly due to the heat here, but otherwise all OK. Was a bit concerned about the 20 min run before I started, but I paced myself (ran slowly!) & it was fine. W6R1 tomorrow.
