W2R2 wasn’t really feeling it this morning but decided to stick to the schedule and do my run. I ended up being slower than usual. My half time bell dinged and I wasn’t at my half way point that I have been since I started. Is it normal to be slower when your running longer? Should running be slower than walking? I will rest tomorrow and go again Sunday and hopefully see some improvement

I have only just started (did W1R3 this morning) but I definitely think that on the last couple of running intervals I am running slower than I could walk! What app do you use to track your route /distance? Well done for sticking with it!

Run 1980, I’ve noticed I needed to add an extra section around the park and my 5 minutes walking in the garden, but I did it.

Don’t think about time and distance until after graduation. Of course, you’re likely to slow down as you get to the longer runs anyway. No point in looking at your have herb your fitness is changing every day. Also the weather is a bugger at the moment! Good luck 👌🏽
