So, there I was W5, R2 thinking this would be so easy because R1 was a doddle! Chose a different route and realised half way through the second 8 minutes that it was all uphill. Took a deep breath and with it inhaled the stench of horse manure, which was rife in the heat, and nearly threw up. Needless to say, I didn't quite run the whole 8 minutes, as I was desperately trying to keep my breakfast down, but I feel a bit disappointed with myself. I'm going to try again on Sunday, my usual route and no showing off next time. Wish me luck! π

Ah, good luck for Sunday!
We all have a bad run from time to time, just put it out of your mind and think positive thoughts for your next run - youβll be fine!

Oh boy thatβs π© ! I remember inhaling a swarm of tiny flying midges just before a 90 second run with no option but to swallow π Although Iβm sure the protein boost got me through it.
Nothing to be done about what the world throws at you, itβs not a failure on your part. Sunday will be awesome!
