Week one done!

As above. Feel quite proud of myself, although I am aware I will have to repeat Week one at least once. I am in no hurry to graduate just being outdoors and getting some exercise is good enough for me at the moment.

Very well done! Why will you need to repeat W1 though? It’s only necessary to repeat a run if you didn’t complete it. Even if you really struggled, but didn’t walk, it still counts as being complete. 😀

I guess it doesn’t matter really. That’s the beauty of the programme, you can do it at your own pace. It’s surprising how your body adapts, however, and each week you look back on the previous one and wonder what all the fuss was about!

Above all, enjoy yourself! 😀👍🏻🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

I was totally convinced I'd have to repeat wk 1 before I was ready to do wk 2 and step up that level. Wk 1 for me was such a culture shock after not doing any real exercise for a long while. I thought well I'll give wk 2 a go and can always go back to week 1 if it's too hard. Wk 2 was ok - but that same feeling came back as approached wk 3. If you got through wk 1 runs you might be surprised how actually the step up between weeks is more of a mental doubt than a fitness issue. I'm currently nearing end of wk 5 and if you had told me I'd still be going on plan during wk 1 I'd have laughed and said no way mate. Believe you can because you can. Best of luck for wk 2 x

Thank you. I have fibromyalgia so any exercise has to be careful and considered. I just don’t want to give up!

That makes your wk1 success a real achievement so well done. Keep it up at your own pace if needs be - lots of luck x

Well done! I just finished week 1 too! Not sure whether to move straight on to week 2 or take it more gently.
