Just completed w1r2 and feel good! I followed advise and slowed down a bit which absolutely helped - I also chose not to wear my huge fleece hoodie this time (what was i thinking?) Looking forward to run 3 on Saturday

Good stuff! I wore less and less as the programme went on - a combination of the heatwave and an increase in self-confidence. It was week 6 before I dared to wear shorts 😂
