Never give up

Like lots of other people on this forum I am amazed at how Couchto5k programme actually does what it says. From huffing and puffing on Wk1 I'm now looking at W9R3 - albeit I'll still be huffing and puffing but running for a full 30 minutes. I would never have believed I was capable of running for 30 minutes - even on holiday. I've had good runs and a couple not so good, it takes my knees a day to recover but determination wins the day. My husband and family have been so supportive and I'm sure I've bored them endlessly throughout the programme. They're proud of my achievement and I'm over the moon to almost complete what I set out to do 🏃 🏃 🏃

That’s good to know that it works, I’m on 2W run and I’m out of breath still but seems better than W1 so there’s hope for me at week 9 lol
