Completed W4 on a high

Did my last W4 run at about 25 Celsius in this crazy heat.

Especially, the last 5 minutes felt long —until I realised that the app stopped working. When I saw my car again I felt a real boost as I ran for much longer than planned - probably 10 min.

I now feel like I should just try week 5 and run for as long as I can. Who tried that?

If you’ve got it in the tank I can’t see any problem with running post 30minutes, it’ll all add to the fitness. You’re doing great.
