Rain and wind this morning, but I wasnt going to let that stop me completing my week.

Just as I was finishing the last run I saw my friend walking her dog, perfect timing I did my 5 minute warm down with her and carried on walking with her for another 20 minutes, a Saturday bonus ππ
When I started this program before I never got past week 1, in fact I just repeated it 4 times and gave up, I'm taking all your kind advice and I will 'trust the program ' I will move straight to week 2 next week, you never know I might surprise myself and manage to do it π€
