Just finished and feeling great off now to slimming world 😊

Well done!!! I hadn't realised you were back, so good that you are though. I bet you'll fly through the first few weeks.

All the best for this venture, and well done especially because you're getting off the couch, again, so you know you can do the first bit :)

Thanx I'm glad to be back in didn't realise how unfit I had became again until I went out for the 1st one 😦 but onwards and upwards fingers crossed 😊

You'll do great, I'm sure you'll find you benefit from having done some of it before. Just remember the old slow and steady mantra! I'm sure you can do this you know, you've got the right attitude for it. Remember we're all here to support you as and when you need it, ok?

Well done- hope the scales are also positive. I’ve managed 7.5 lbs in my first 2 weeks at SW so combined with the running it seems to be working. Good luck 😊
