First Park Run

I completed my first Park Run today. It was harder than anticipated but with my Daughter keeping me company, it was enjoyable nevertheless. Definitely room for improvement which will be my new challenge 😄

It was my first time with fellow runners but there was no need to worry - all levels of runners were there and everyone was so friendly.
