Is your wife stretching before she starts the sessions?
I found if I didnβt stretch my muscles well before each session my legs ached afterwards - although youβre only in the early stages of the plan itβs worth spending a few minutes before each session gently stretching your legs/back/sides (if youβre not already π)
Only one more run then youβve completed the first week, well done!
