Quite excited about week 3! Last run tonight my legs felt sluggish but my stamina is improving. I’ve learned to slow down.

Huge well done.. these runs are so great... each building on the one before...it is normal to feel a but sluggish sometimes and get aches and pains too... but if you pop in some strength and flex on rest days.. and a bit of rest day stamina exercise too, it will pay dividends!
