Feel like I will appreciate it if I keep a constant log of each run I do to look back on when I think I’m having a hard day or can’t quite complete the run.
Run 2 was good, legs were aching a little and found myself out of breath a bit quicker than the first run but then again I felt I was running quicker than the first run.
Maybe wasn’t such a good idea to complete this run at 22:30 after a 10 hour shift at work but got to say I feel very good about myself and I’m sure these feeling are only going to come more often! X

Gosh, well done for going out after such a long day, good going! If you’re out of breath and achey you may be going too fast, maybe bring your speed down a little and see if that helps on run 3. Good luck on the next one and remember to take your rest day
Hiya well done you. It does get easier I’m on my wk3 run2 tomorrow and I never thought I would be able to run 3 mins but I actually did. I always track my runs on pacer and it actually shows you how far you’ve gone over the weeks. I never ever thought I could do this and I have surprised myself and I’m actually enjoying it.
I always make sure I have time to do my stretches before and run at a pace that’s comfortable so I don’t feel pushed into doing it. Get some good running music it takes your mind off the running and before you know it you’ve done it.That way you’ll enjoy it more.
