Wow I’m amazed that we are at the end of week 6! Completed 25 minute run this morning, feel so much better in myself, toning up, lost about 1/2 stone since we started. Roll on week 7.

Just wanted to ask what do people find easier to wear for holding phone? I got ( cheap one) arm band which I don’t like. Going to try waist band. Thanks

Hi well done for completeing week 6 I’m on first w6r1 and missing it cos off heat!! I find the easiet thing to wear to hold phone is a bum bag it’s slim and don’t get in the way.. brought a cheap arm holder thing and found it to diffacult to read the phone whilst running .. almost. Fell over .. can carry phone keys and use headphones with bum bag it’s great !!

The stretchy waist bands you can get for running are great. Mine's from a well known delivery company, it's lightweight with two zip up pockets for phone, keys, cash etc.

Yay! Well done - I completed W6R3 this morning as well 😀. I’ve tried an armband for my phone but couldn’t get on with it so now used a stretchy belt ... holds my keys as well and doesn’t bounce around when I ‘run’ 😊

Well done you! My first run of week 7 today and also my first run with a bum bag type thing for phone and car keys. Worked a treat!

I got lycra running stuff in Tesco and the trousers have a pocket on each leg. Phone in one, headphone wire under the top so that it doesn't flap. Keys and collapsible water bottle in the other. Won't wear anything else now so washing machine always on haha!
