So, once people have finished the C25k what do they do next? 🙈

I finished around 3 weeks ago. When i run for 30 mins is only 4K so am concentrating on going further to get to 5k x

I would start the other way round and think about what you want to do, we all had reasons for starting out, have you achieved your goals yet? Work out what you want to do / achieve and then work out the best way for you to achieve that. Having said that, whatever you choose to do, the general advice is to consolidate for a few weeks, running 3 times a week for 30 mins or maybe push for 5k in a bit more time, use those weeks work out your next goal

Post graduation is a challenge for many so worth looking for new goals after a period of consolidation 😊👍🏃🏾‍♀️
