Can’t believe I have only just found this support page for the c25k!! I’m on week 9 very last week, tomorrow will be my first 30 minute run of the week, can’t believe I’ve come so far from struggling to run for a minute😂😭 hows everyone else been getting on?? did anyone find the 30 min run hard?

Hi and welcome! Finished mine last Friday. 30 mins was no problem - a pleasure in fact. But take it slow and enjoy it. Your body is totally prepared for this so have a blast during your graduation week and report back here. Good luck and keep running!

The best reply I’ve seen to a question like this was ‘do the extra 2 minutes first’! It’s not a great increase in time compared to what you’ve tackled (and smashed) before so you CAN and will do this. Enjoy your graduation (and keep in touch here - it’s an amazing place).
