To everyone just starting: I know you read this all over this forum, but itβs true: you can do this!!!
I started out not having run in 30 years, when I had my knees operated on, followed by many, many injuries.
I was gasping for air after runs of 3 minutes and almost gave up twice. The times I thought I could never make it to graduation were countless, even last week I lost my mojo. But with the help of Michael Johnson and the support of this amazing group, I made it through ever run and every week.
I did it. And so will you!
Good luck and enjoy!!!

Huge congratulations Tjar! You have done it! And you have been an absolute star throughout your journey. The MJ documentary seems to have done the trick!
I hope you can kick on and really enjoy your running from now on. My advice would be forget 10k for a bit and just get out and run around for a bit!
Thank you Simon! π· Already did some research and downloaded an app, but also decided to take some time and do just what you said, if only to see if I can maintain proper running without a phone, music and an app. Fingers crossed!!! ππ
