Got cramp in both legs but pushed on through.

This is a real bogey run. There are loads of posts about it! Move on to R2. I did it this morning, and it was soooooo much more enjoyable for me than R1.

Sounds like you had a massive success to me, well done, don’t underestimate each achievement, you are continually be faced with more stringent tests, but you are better prepared for them, and it is tough in this weather

Your doing really well after having a few days off , I’m struggling after the virus I have had ,I’m doing week4 run 3 tomorrow but should be on week 5 run 3 . I am running on a treadmill at present but may try along the canal next week . Keep up the good work
