Now on week five first run today was so hot I decided to do it in the gym on the treadmill I finding now I just want to get on with it so I can start running would it be ok to finish c25k before 9 weeks

No..the programmes is a structured nine week plan...intended to get folk running safely and injury free within that time. Hidden injuries are common in new runners...check out the information in the post. How to run C25K..posted by IannodaTruffe .😊

Hi there, i would rather finish all run as this is a structured program and every run helps us with endurance and fitness. I feel i have better stamina today than any other week. Good luck.

I ran yesterday morning and again today on a treadmill as it was hot I don’t usually go on the treadmill I on week 5 now.

Yeah it has been a warm month. I never went out of my comfort zone to do outdoor running but very soon. enjoy your next run.
