Well, it was humid rather than hot which was not too unpleasant. And I was apprehensive about the time going up to 3 mins. But I managed it! I was doing a bit of a Chris Evans shuffle and keeping the pace down but I managed the 3 mins each time. And hopefully increased pace will come with practice and more outings. But I'm really enjoying this! And looking forward to Sunday's run 😊

Excellent report.
I couldn’t believe the programme expected me to run 3 mins. And with such short rests between runs!
Have faith in the programme. I was on this run back in April. I’m now regularly running over 40 minutes at a time and I’m still too fat and unfit!
Well done, it’s not easy in the heat. The programme builds you up gradually so you’re prepared for each step. Be careful, it’s addictive & before you know it you’ll have a wardrobe of running gear 😊
I have that feeling every week, ran 20 minutes today. It's amazing how quickly your body adapts. Just stick with it and you'll be smashing out 5k in no time 😊
