Well after abandoning this run 3 weeks ago I ventured out tonight (at 9.45 when it was cool enough)

This time instead of listening to the podcast with Laura and the god awful music I put my own playlist together that lasted 32 minutes and I ran to the end. Wow what a difference listing to your own music makes.

I am all set for my graduation run on sunday. Which happens to be a Race for Life.

I’ve just done my W9R2 and last one is Monday - I did the race for life last week in the blistering heat - I ran 4 of the 5 and it felt fab!! Good luck 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
