Well done.

If you work harder, it feels harder.

Heavy legs can be symptomatic of poor hydration. As a runner you need to drink a minimum of 2.5 -3 litres of fluid each and every day, running or not, as mentioned in the guide.

Thank you that explains it

I know I didn’t drink much water yesterday as I was very busy I do drink a lot normally.

I always have a pint of water before bed but I was so tired I went straight to bed last night

It really is a massive achievement! You definitely need to think cake champagne, whatever you want :-) After this run, I would suggest you stick on week 9 for a few weeks to keep the good work up. I found that after 2 weeks of doing 30 minutes I felt quite a bit stronger. Also think of new routes you can explore etc. Anyway for now VICTORY LAP

🍾
