Well that was hard work this morning the run itself was fine but it was really humid and the air felt really thick I suppose the best analogy is similar to driving when you are ready you have a duff drive. Anyway one more to go off for gait analysis this afternoon.

P.s I have one request if possible I would like to wait until the following finish Nightingale1,Ellymeg,Mcfatty & Big-fella before I get my badge as we started together so we should finish together.
