Ran a new route today and the 28 minutes run wasn’t bad at all I can feel myself getting fitter. Ran 4.10k hopefully by the end of week 9 I will teach 5k 👌🏃♀️ Xx

Many of us didn’t run 5km in 30 Min so don’t let that worry you the main things us you can run for 30min and there are so many benefits from doing that. You are doing great.
