Who knew I could run, breathe and chat for 28 mins!! Not me!!

Me and the 12 yo usually just plug into music and away we go but tonight we were joined by a non music listening, chatty friend! Was lovely to run with someone new! Celebrated with a large G&t - that’s rehydrating right?!

Next run is our first park run!
